Call Screening - General

Like to know who is calling, before you accept the call? Before being transferred to you, callers can be asked “May I ask who is calling?” You have the option to either accept the call, or send it to voice mail.

Call Screening by Caller ID or Area

You may automatically want callers from certain areas to be handled one way, and callers from other areas to be handled a different way. Mercury FON can do this based on area code, area code and prefix, or single Caller ID. Or we can create a Zip Code database for you, and route calls by Zip Code.

Transfer Caller Back to Voice Mail

Trust Mercury FON to capture every vital detail. Send Caller to Voice Mail allows you to send your caller to voice mail anytime during a conversation to record important information as a message.

Record Your Conversation
